Absolute sorry excuse for a medical building. Not only did they make us wait out in 20 degree weather for 25-30 minutes with an infant, but made us wait around for a "possible" call back about my son. Genuinely scared for his health and the SO-CALLED Doctor didnt even come outside or let us in so they could see him. Just had me explain over the phone his symptoms, said "No biggie" and f-ed off. Lame as hell place. Go in town, never go here for anything.

Trying to schedule my separation physical. After waiting in line for a few hours, receptionists don't even know what to do with me. Told me to call back tomorrow.

So I call and all the "listen closely because our options have changed" numbers aren't even valid.

Cag is frequently unavailable and understaffed. As you can see, two stars is a fair assessment of this place. Glad to know I'm not the only one having issues here. What is so hard about scheduling appointments? What is going on here?

If I could give no stars, I absolutely would. This place is horrible for anything other than a minor cold. I have been waiting 5 months for a surgery, and they constantly give me the run around, and are always making excuses as to why they can’t/haven’t scheduled a surgery…meanwhile I’ve been walking around with a complete tear of my ACL. If you try to contact them by phone, good luck. They either A)don’t answer, or B)are rude as hell when they do. Expect long wait times, canceled appointments, promises of phone calls back that never come, and so much more. If you show up to the Medvac office or Referral management on a business day during working hours, expect them to be gone for “sports day”. Good luck to anyone who has to been seen at this dreaded place they call medical.

Tricare lady is not here on Wednesday 15:00
Another employee says she probably went home. They are bad service. Even baby has fever, you can’t make an appointment for today . They tell you to make appointment for another day . What is the hospital for? wasting time and money . Who works at hospital they have no idea how to work . Better if you can go off base hospital better service and better treatment.

My husband had an appointment for his hip which had been bothering him for months, now it is worse since he has been lifting heavier equipment, and they refused to actually look at him. He got told he had a pulled hamstring (which is not the case) and told him to go back to work, no LLD NO NOTHING
