Be aware, your massage time includes the payment processing so you will get 5-10 minutes less time than promised.

Giving 2 starts as I had a lovely Massage with Clara previously, but unfortunately had a bad experience 2 days later with Michael.

Admittedly, I was a whole 3 minutes late for my appointment with Michael. However, I did not think this would be a major issue as I had already filled in all the paperwork.

Before the massage I pointed out specific areas that needed focus. It very much felt like Micheal was just going through the motions and didn't give proper attention to my main pain points.

I was booked in for 3pm for a 90 minute massage however the massage finished at 4.25. I pointed this out to Micheal at payment and he bluntly said was that I was 10 minutes and that if I had an issue take it up with reception.

Firstly I wasn't 10 minutes late. Regardless, the massage should of finished at 4.30 not 4.25.

I spoke with reception and they told me that massage times include the payment process. I have never heard that one before and honestly it sounds like they were making an excuse rather than owning the fact I had been shorted.

Anyway, what was meant to be a relaxing experience ended up with me feeling like I had been cheated and I came out of it frustrated.

Darcy was great and was able to prescribe a knee brace and recovery protocol to get me up and running after injuring my knee while snowboarding. Darcy was able to provide a in-depth diagnosis and treatment, he also saw me on very late notice, highly recommend.

Blew out my ankle on the mountain on our first snow day for the holiday. Was able to get straight in to see Darcy who was a huge help. Another session and a brace for a few weeks and I might even get back on the mountain at the end of our trip

I hurt my shoulder snowboarding and was able to get an appointment very quickly. Rosie was very informative, helpful and pleasant and answered all my questions and I left feeling more assured. Definitely would recommend this physio.
