It seems like a scam. Please be careful, because the price quoted for translation might not be the final price they charge. They tried to charge almost 4x the quoted price...
Maybe find another place.

サービス的に失礼な態度を取られました。お薦めしません。

日本語の医療診断書の英訳を依頼しましたが、まずは名前のスペル(依頼時に書き残していったにも関わらず)を間違えていました。
翻訳後に書類を引き取った後に発覚し連絡したところ、修正版をレターパックにて送付頂きました。
翻訳書類を必要機関に提出したところ、今年(2022)の検査日が10年前の日付になっていることを指摘され、再提出のために再度　訂正発行をお願いしました。間違えの為に手続きが遅れている事もあり、早急に再送付して頂きたい旨を伝えましたが、普通郵便できました。

そして、どちらの件にしても謝罪などの言葉は一切なく、仕方がないような態度で対応されました。
なかなかのお値段(翻訳としては通常価格？)でしたが、ケアミス確認もきちんとせずに正式な翻訳として出している点、間違えに対する対応、信頼できるビジネス態度では無いと思います。

If I can put 0 star I will put 0 star on it
I was just going in for translating my marriage document and asked a question about the marriage application.

The person just assumed that we are requesting that service as well. They charged us for both translation and marriage application. (I have to go back to work, so I have my fiancee to stay there and pay for the translation, she was not part of our conversation, and she just need to know she needs to pay).

When I called the lady back, she kept telling me we agreed with it, but me and my fiancee never agreed to it. on the receipt they only put translation on without saying it is for marriage application, which making her think they only charge for the translation. She was extremely unprofessional on the phone. She was rude and She just kept saying "you guys pay for it, just picked it up. We were working on it." Like seriously, I didn't asked you to work on that, and you charged me for that.

Anyway, if you decide to use their service be careful.

I called them late in the afternoon and was still able to get a translation of a document the very next day, at a very reasonable price! All other translation services are at least double what they charge here. Great customer service too—Jho was very friendly and helpful!
