夕方集荷の時間に持ってこればマシ。

こちらから電話しない限り配達遅延のことも一切説明もなし

不在票が入っていたものを取りに行きました。翌々日にならないと再配達ができないとの事。再配達もお願いしつつ取りに行く可能性もある事を伝えていたにもかかわらずかなり無愛想…社内のホウレンソウちゃんとしてほしい

社員の対応が非常に失礼でした。
（女性のスタッフで、何度か名前を伺ってやっと名乗っていただきましたが、「下谷 安田（しもや やすだ）」さんという名前だったかと思います。）
お話の途中で一方的に電話を切られてしまい、大変不快な思いをしました。
お客様としてきちんと話を終える前に電話を切るのは、社会人として、また接客の立場としても非常に問題があると感じています。
