廿日市ゆめタウンの一階の路面店。
狭いスペースにびっしりと自転車が陳列している。
修理でお願いしたら40分くらいで仕上がるとの事だったので買い物を済ませて受け取りに行きました。
可も不可もない対応、少し料金は高め。
ゆめクレジットのみ、ペイペイは可能。
とにかく狭いが自転屋さんがあるのはとても助かる。

平日の夕方、シティサイクルに籠を取り付けてほしくて伺いました。少し混んでる感じでしたが、男性スタッフさんたちがテキパキとこなしておられました。30分ほどで取り付け&簡単な点検を行って頂き大変感謝してます。少し遠くてもここでお世話になりたいなーと思いました！

自転車のタイヤが漕いでも回転しなくなり、移動の足がなくなるため非常に困っており、修理のためにお訪ねしました。
近くの自転車店でどこに持っていくのがいいか調べるために口コミを見たところ、他のお店はぼったくられる、高い料金をとろうとされるとあったのに対しこちらのお店は良心的な対応をしてくれたという書き込みが多かったのでこちらのお店にしました。
タイヤ自体を交換しなければならない状態で、それだと料金も時間もかかってしまい経済的にも移動手段の上でも困ってしまうが仕方ないと思い交換をお願いしたところ、応急措置を試してみて下さり、動くようにして下さいました。
親身で親切な対応にとても助かりました。
ありがとうございました。
今後自転車のことはこちらのお店に是非お願いしたいと思いました。

自転車の修理で伺いました。
開店時間より少し早く着いたのですが嫌な顔一つせず迎えてくれました。
修理の前に修理内容の金額をざっくり教えていただけたので修理費でドキドキすることなく任せられました。
修理中の時間はゆめタウンで時間を潰せます。

2回目の利用でした。前回、自転車のベアリングから異音がしていたのを、店員さんから教えてもらっていました。いっぺんに修理すると費用がかかるので様子見にしました。つい最近ペダルを踏んでも引っかかって、ペダルをこげなくなりました。ベアリングを修理してもらい元に戻りました。景気回復したら電動アシスト自転車を購入する予定です。ブリジストンかPanasonicが良いと思います。店員さんもおすすめ、高いけどメーカー品は、長持ちします。今は、Panasonicで10年以上乗ってます。カナガキさんは、牛田に住んでいた頃から信頼出来る自転車屋さんです。
