Takasaki was not the destination for me but rather a base from which to explore the cherry-picking in Gunma (which by the way is a eat all you can in 1 hour rather than pick what u want process) ||It's really pretty much in the middle of nowhere - hence my message bout the car in the title - but other than that, it ticks all the right boxes.||Price? Very reasonable and check!|Breakfast? A free, simple but very decent and adequate one. Check!|Room comfort - typical Japanese clean and comfortable lodgings. Check!|Parking? Free and Check!||If you are in the area like us - this would definitely be a good place to stay.|

Nice hotel. Clean and value for money. Ample carpark lots and a great starting point to view Gunma. Very good breakfast and the room is big compare to other Japanese business hotel. Not much interesting place around the hotel because it's on the outskirt. There is a convenient store nearby

Located on a main carriageway with access to every amenity with retail parks catering for all your needs. Our room overlooked the river and a used car lot but for us it was ideal as there were a couple of classic cars on show. Made my stay great anyway! Ideal for access into the hills of Gunma and perfect for getting to Ikaho car and doll museum

Hotel was nice and clean, with ample parking. Room size was also reasonable. I enjoyed the breakfast the most. They have simple Japanese and western cuisine, both of which are equally good. Eateries are also available down the main street.

I decided to write a review as there were no English reviews yet. ||This was a good little business hotel. The rooms were pretty much standard, but great rates, which included a help yourself breakfast. ||All staff encountered could not speak much english at all (and website is only in Japanese), so if you can't speak Japanese, maybe do some reading beforehand on how to book a room in Japanese, and them call them. Although Takasaki isn't a major tourist spot, so they wouldn't encounter this problem often. ||Staff professional, and about a 1km walk to the nearest JR Rail station (Ino), which took about 10-15mins.

Quite disappointed with this hotel which seemed to have okay reviews in the past. I have booked none smoking room through Expedia, but when I arrived, they only have smoking rooms. Amenities and cleanliness is really not quite there. Rooms are quite tired and needs an upgrade. They only have one single elevator for a hotel with more tha 8 floors, ridiculous.

Still not checked out yet but I can tell awesome hotel .Beautiful room and clean . Hence it is golden week double room price us about ¥9000 all the packages including breakfast .

Pretty decent considering the price we paid. Breakfast was decent, the bed was super comfortable, and we. Had access to a number of movies and television shows for free.
