高岡市役所には、EV自動車ようの50kw急速充電器を利用させてもらいました。
2回利用しましたが、いずれも充電中で人気高いようです。30分で約20kw充電出来ました。
ランチ🍙タイムや役所に用事がある時には、凄く便利です。また利用させてください。

戸籍担当者の対応が控えめに言って酷い。

県外で入籍を行ったが、地元の高岡市を本籍にしようと戸籍の届出を行いました。
届出を行った2週間後の本日、戸籍謄本を発行しに行ったが、まだ高岡市役所の事務処理が終わってないため発行できないと言われました。

HPにも記載の通り、届出から発行可能まで2週間程度かかる"こともある"とあったため2週間の期間をあけて発行しに行ったが、結果は上記の通り。まだ事務処理すらしていませんでした。

その後、行政相談窓口に、なぜできていないのか確認して欲しいと問い合わせましたが、『高岡市役所では、市外の届出に対しては14営業日までを目処に手続きを行っているので、まだ発行できなくてもおかしくはない』
という回答があったと返答を頂きました。

HP記載の2週間と14営業日というのは全くもって別物だと思いますが、お役所でお勤めされている方々が一般教養も修められていらっしゃらないのかと不思議でなりません。

わざわざ『事務手続き終わっていますか？』と質問をしてから、仕事の休みを取り、来庁しなければならないのですか？

そもそも14営業日というのも高岡市役所側が勝手に定めていることであり、納得自体も未だにできるものではございません。

今後、手続きをされる方々が私と同じように、時間・お金・職場の休みなど無駄にさせられることがないように願います。

高岡市役所の職員に関してはHPを早急に編集した方が良いかとご意見させていただきます。

他の市町村に比べて圧倒的に職員の対応の精度が悪い。
そもそも自分の仕事のことをよく理解していない、もう少し真面目に仕事をして欲しい。
市役所以外の市の施設の職員は対応が良い分残念というか呆れる。

マイナンバーカード窓口、電話問い合わせで運悪く同じおばに対応され、はっきり要件伝えたのに全く見当違いの回答で最後まで人の話聞かずに勝手に要件推測してぺちゃくちゃと…新しい老害。会話ならなくて笑けました。他の方はまともで対応もスムーズで助かりました

初めて息子が都内からの引っ越しで色々な手続きで伺いました。息子の書類に不備があり、受付出来ないと言われてしまい、仕方ないかと思いますが、兎に角若い受付の方が無愛想で不親切。 こんな感じの方が受付なんだとビックリです。 口コミで威圧的と書いてありましたが… 本当に怖かったです。 ニコリともしなかったですね。自分が何しに来たのか記入する用紙など、なにもないので戸惑いました。全部窓口で説明しなきゃいけないので時間も掛かるしミスも多いいと思います。 出来れば行きたくないです。
年配の方々は比較的優しかったです。
