対応も良く店も綺麗で良かった。ただネット予約の仕方は分かりづらく、2時間以内に電話が来なかったら下記の電話番号へと記載されているが2時間以内に来たことは無い上に土日挟むと有耶無耶になっているのか電話が来ない。結局記載されている電話番号にかけざるを得なくネット予約の意味が無いように感じる。

正直周りの人達の評価は低かったけれど、最初に車を見に行った時から担当の方の対応が良かったので、急いでたこともあり購入しました。
ドラレコなどすでに色々装備されていることも決め手だったのですが、3ヶ月経ってバックカメラが完全故障💥
点検してもらって、補償で直せるはずだけど、まず審査してからになります。の後から2週間過ぎても音沙汰無し。こちらから電話して、今カメラを注文しているので、届くの待ちです。とのことでした。それからまた時間が経ってやっと連絡。
故障してから修理まで2ヶ月かかるのはちょっと長いかな、、、ということで⭐️3つです。
でも、店頭での対応は言われるほど評価悪くはないとは思います！

受付してくれた方も笑顔で対応してくれて、柔らかい雰囲気の方だったので車の状態も伝えやすかったです。
いつも緊張で胃が痛かったので今日は本当にありがたかったです。
