自転車で日本一周中にスポークが折れ交換して貰った。確かに仕事は早く助かったが、店員の態度が最悪。どこかこちらを馬鹿にしているような、冷ややかに見ているような態度。たくさん自転車屋に世話になってるがこんな気持ちになったのは初めて、とにかく親切さなんて0

東北ロードバイクの旅の途中、同日に2回自転車トラブルが起き、修理をお願いしました。
1回目はタイヤが裂けて交換。
2回目は変速機ワイヤー切断で交換。
迅速に対応してもらい助かりました。

長年使っている自転車、特にワイヤーなどの消耗品系は長期の旅に行く前に、交換等のメンテが必要、とアドバイスをいただきました。
