小千谷市役所の正面階段脇の錦鯉鑑賞池の脇にあるコイキングのポケふた。池には紅白や昭和三色、大正三色などリアル錦鯉が泳いでいました。

7月半ばに2階窓口に用があって出向いたが空調が弱くて暑すぎた。1階の廊下の方がいくらかマシという程度に弱冷房。職員の対応はとても良かったが、いかんせん環境が悪すぎた。

気温30℃あるのに冷房が付いてないなんてありえない。
私達も居心地悪いけど、暑い中一日過ごしている職員が可哀想過ぎる。
熱中症患者が出たら小千谷市は責任とれるのか？

役所のやることだから賛否はあるだろうが、どちらかといえば若手職員の方が対応が早いし丁寧で親切。少し前のことになるが50代？くらいの職員だろうか？昼休みに行ったらずっと下を向いていてこちらを見ない。若手職員が最初に対応してくれたが、後でその年配職員にかわったので恐らくそちらが当番だったのだろう。腰が重すぎる印象。後で退職したことを知ったが年配ということは退職金もかなりもらった？お客だけでなく同僚にも態度悪かったらしいから退職は妥当か。公務員として適切な職員に対応を求む。

市役所の方の不手際であっても担当者でなければ謝らず説明だけ。「そういう事ですので」だって。
なにそれ？チームとして組織的として終わってる。

昨年から定期タクシー30を、運用実験しました。1ヶ月1万円で、30回エリヤ限定で乗り放題。ただし、３月で終了。今後の地域活性化、２０２４年問題にて、バス運行減少などの問題をどう改善するか！？ぜひ継続していただきたいし、違う取り組などあるのであれば、より一層市民に寄り添った活動をしていただけると助かります。

わたしの家族の収入が(2人)一般家庭の3分の1程しかないことがわかりました。
わたしは障害者で、母は高齢者です。
